PSA International’s Reception & CEO Office: Blending Corporate Prestige with Artistic Elegance

PSA International – Reception & CEO Office

Client: PSA International
Location: Level 38 PSA Building
Floor size: 7,000 sqft

Introduction

PSA International’s partnership with MGroup began in 2006, when the global port group commissioned a redesign of its reception and boardroom. For this project, it was essential to balance corporate presence with individual character.

Designed for Presence

To start, the reception was completely refreshed, with a new counter and feature wall that reflect PSA’s global stature while maintaining a welcoming tone. The adjoining boardroom was outfitted with advanced audiovisual systems and full acoustic treatment, ensuring seamless video conferencing and clarity in communication. A customised boardroom table anchors the space, designed exclusively for PSA and crafted to complement its modern aesthetic.

We appreciate the advice given and patience shown as we decided upon the final layout, colour scheme and choice of fabric and wallpaper. Your recommendations to the changes has not only made the place more functional, but has also added much elegance to the whole lookout. I am particularly impressed with your team’s commitment to quality work, dedication, determination, and professionalism, and I thank you for the times you went above and beyond the scope of your work to meet our needs and provided excellent customer service.

Personalised for Leadership

Impressed by the transformation, PSA later engaged MGroup to design offices for its top management. Each space was tailored to the individual preferences of its directors, from material selection to lighting and furnishings.

One standout example was the Deputy CEO’s office — a refined black-and-white interior that serves as both workspace and gallery, showcasing his extensive art collection. Italian leather furnishings and carefully curated lighting complete the environment, creating a setting of understated luxury and personal expression.
