MGroup was commissioned to convert an existing office floor into a private gym and KTV lounge exclusively for PSA’s senior management, creating a discreet yet elegant leisure facility within the corporate environment. The challenge: it sits directly above the offices of Singapore’s Ministry of Transport, requiring meticulous control of noise and vibration.
Designing for Discretion
Every detail was planned to ensure acoustic integrity. Special soundproofing treatments isolate the gym and karaoke areas, effectively containing both equipment vibration and vocal resonance. Even the shower rooms were carefully engineered to prevent water transmission between floors, maintaining complete separation between active and administrative zones.
