Finexis’ Collyer Quay Office Presents a Contemporary Take on Collaborative Design
Introduction
Following the success of MGroup’s first collaboration with Finexis at One Raffles Quay, the partnership continued with a new office at Collyer Quay. Covering 17,000 square feet across three levels (Basement, Level 1, and Level 2), the new office reflects Finexis’ transition to a hybrid work model, incorporating innovative design elements to promote collaboration and flexibility.
Central Hub
A key feature of this phase is the expansive café lobby, strategically positioned as a central meeting point for Finexis' marketing agents and clients, as well as staff and guests. Located within a spacious atrium on the basement level, the café features an open-ceiling design that creates a sense of openness and connectivity. Striking views of the café are visible from both Level 1 and Level 2, enhancing the office’s overall aesthetic appeal and spatial flow.
Fresh Views
At the café, Finexis' logo is prominently displayed against a lush green wall, creating an eye-catching visual focal point. Designed to accommodate diverse meeting styles, the space features a range of seating options. Custom-made screens with arch designs and colourful panels subtly define the café’s open layout, creating a clear distinction from the adjacent co-working hub.

Our first collaboration with MGroup began in 2016 with the design of our 36,000-square-foot office at One Raffles Quay. In 2022, six years later, we engaged MGroup once again to design our new 17,000-square-foot office at Collyer Quay.

Seamless Integration
The open-ceiling concept further extends into the co-working space, where a custom metal ceiling structure with integrated lighting and cascading planters inject energy into the area. Neutral tones and whites dominate the background, creating a bright and airy atmosphere, while wooden flooring ensures a seamless transition from meeting areas to office spaces.
