Dynamic Simplicity:
A Sense of Harmony Prevails at ADL Asia’s Office
Introduction
Based in Singapore, management consulting firm ADL Asia Pte Ltd helms the firm's operations within the Southeast Asian region. MGroup was tasked with creating a cohesive design theme for ADL Asia's headquarters in Raffles Place, integrating the diverse cultures of the ten SEA countries under their care.
Distinctive Design
The design concept starts with a combination of contemporary elements and natural wood finishes against a clean white backdrop in the reception and waiting area. A distinctive feature is the wall surrounding the area, which incorporates vertical lines forming ADL's initials. This innovative approach to the logo eliminates traditional signage while connecting ADL's brand identity with the design theme.
In the centre, comfortable upholstered chairs and a round blue carpet, reflecting ADL's corporate colour, complement the harmonious light wood tones, blending Eastern cultural charm with a modern twist.
Corporate Balance
A notable aspect of the project is the corporate presentation and private discussion area adjacent to the waiting area, accommodating both mid-sized and small meeting rooms. To ensure flexible space usage, the larger 2-in-1 meeting room features a built-in operable partition wall with excellent sound insulation for maximum privacy during meetings. When not in use, the wall can be neatly stowed away in a cabinet. MGroup also incorporated ADL's corporate colours of white and blue into the rooms, such as through a series of hexagonal art pieces and bright blue finishes on the wall panels.
“All of us at ADL are extremely impressed and satisfied with how the new office has turned out beyond expectations. We look forward to future opportunities to work together with MGroup and their team on other projects.
In the pantry and collaboration zone, an open concept prevails as well, with flexible seating and table arrangements. The space is equipped with a TV and a whiteboard, facilitating informal discussions or brainstorming sessions.
