High Engagement:
Finexis’ People-Centric Office Stands Out with Its Unique Design
Introduction
Finexis Advisory Pte Ltd, located at Singapore One Raffles Quay, is a leading financial advisory firm known for its dynamic approach. For the design of their main office, they aimed to create more than just a workspace—they envisioned a welcoming, people-centric environment that fosters meaningful client interactions and empowers their 500-strong team.
Centre of Attention
Spanning an impressive 36,300 square feet, the space was designed with an open-concept layout, seamlessly integrating diverse spatial elements to maximise functionality, collaboration, and productivity.
Drawing inspiration from hospitality design, the office has been transformed into an upscale environment, providing visitors and staff with various spaces to mingle and interact. The front entrance leads to an impressive reception area adorned with gold glass, marble flooring, and custom-designed pendant lights, making a bold statement that complements the company's corporate identity.
“The design intention for Finexis’ new office was clear-cut: it should be a welcoming, people-centric space that facilitates client meetings and ensures optimum productivity.
Optimal Functionality
Beyond the reception, an expansive dining café offers a relaxed setting for informal discussions and doubles as an ad-hoc workspace. Next to it, two training rooms designed for 300 to 400 people provide a versatile space for company events. The rooms, which are equipped with operable acoustic walls, can be opened up into a larger space for town hall meetings.
One of the key spaces in the office is the central holding area featuring semi-circular pods designed for small-group discussions. The ceiling, which showcases a striking composition of leaf-like cut-outs derived from the client's logo, creates a strong focal point while incorporating the company's corporate identity into the space. The designers also incorporated a discussion zone with pods designed for 6 to 8 individuals to facilitate private meetings. These pods come with motorised blinds that can be adjusted to ensure enhanced privacy.
