Introduction
At 13,000 sqft, OCBC Bank’s Level 10 office showcases the perfect harmony of corporate precision and design excellence. Serving as the bank’s design consultant, MGroup’s thoughtful planning and refined detailing ensure the space meets the operational and aesthetic standards of one of Singapore’s leading financial institutions.
Design that Performs
MGroup introduced a fully raised flooring system across the office and an open-ceiling concept to create both visual height and spatial flow. The office plan includes an executive room for the Division Head, six cubicles for department heads, 165 workstations, and a restricted control room — all carefully planned to optimise workflow and collaboration. Meeting rooms are acoustically treated with double-layered glass and perforated ceiling panels to ensure privacy and sound control, while state-of-the-art AV systems support seamless communication.
Colour Coded Connection
Colourful collaboration zones and breakout areas punctuate the open office, providing informal settings for brainstorming and relaxation. The hybrid locker system doubles as both storage and seating, reinforcing flexibility and efficient use of space. Meanwhile, the pantry, designed as an inviting hub with pendant lighting, warm finishes and open ceilings, extends naturally into the collaboration area, encouraging connection beyond the desk.
