CIMB Private Banking:
Quiet Luxury Elevates In-Person Banking with a Premium Yet Discreet Ambience
Introduction
While digital banking is becoming the norm, in-person banking remains essential for clients seeking a more personalised approach to wealth management. Designed to reflect this demand, CIMB Private Banking Lounge on Level 3 at CIMB Plaza offers a bespoke space to elevate the private banking experience.
Personal Touch
With a touch of grandeur, the entryway features customised, fire-rated walls and doors with a gold-tinted frame adorned with an eye-catching motif, symbolising both cultural heritage and sophistication. The glass panelling, enhanced with reeded glass for a subtle concave effect, is complemented by a polished marble plaque displaying "Private Banking" and bespoke gold door handles inspired by the CIMB logo.
Elements of Luxury
Continuing the luxurious theme, the reception area makes a statement with its white marble counter and gold accents, while the lounge offers high-quality leather seating and a unique triangular ceiling design. Across the reception area, the waiting area is strategically placed within a distinctive triangular-shaped zone, demarcated by custom carpeting that contrasts with the surrounding white marble flooring. The design also incorporates curved edges throughout the space, ensuring a smooth flow and creating a sense of cohesion. To keep the design cohesive, the boardroom continues this theme of luxury, with a custom marble table and gold detailing.
“We wish to take this opportunity to express our appreciation to your company for undertaking and coordinating the successful completion of our new office premises at 30 Raffles Place. You have acted as a project manager to help ensure that the design and build elements of the project blended well together. Without your keen attention to detail and the hardworking presence of your team members, this project would not have met the tight deadlines set out.
As a good example, the weekly project meetings helped to ensure that the whole list of members involved, ranging from the consultants, main contractor, vendors, our internal project team and the business unit representatives, worked as a team to complete the project successfully. This was no small achievement, considering the challenges we faced, operating in a Covid-19 environment, with labour and materials constraints as well as shipping delays, which rendered our task a difficult one. We are very pleased with the final outcome, attested to by our staff’s expression of delight of the new workplace environment and thank you for a job well done.
