Collaborative Energy:
ICA’s Office Redefines Learning & Engagement
Introduction
Spanning 8,800 square feet, the new International Compliance Association (ICA) office was conceived as a dynamic space that bridges training and collaboration. Serving both as a training facility and a social hub, the interior reflects the organisation’s global identity and commitment to continuous learning.
Warm Welcome
Upon arrival, visitors are greeted by a welcoming entrance where the ICA logo anchors the space. Adopting an open and free-flowing concept, the front area combines the reception area and collaboration zone, with open counters and casual seating that encourage informal discussions. Here, the use of vibrant corporate colours — hot pink and bright blue — infuses the space with energy and optimism. The adjacent pantry counter doubles as a central gathering point, while nearby bar tables and lounge seating create a relaxed, flexible environment ideal for both informal meetings and networking.
Vibrant Spaces
Training rooms are designed for adaptability, capable of transforming from classroom setups to boardroom-style discussions or seminar configurations. In the main office area, natural greenery and strategically placed plant boxes soften the modern edges while helping to define zones between the lounge and workspaces. Nearby, a black-and-white locker area balances the colour palette while maintaining a crisp, professional tone.

The scope of work involved primarily fitting out work of the 8,761 square feet office space at 51 Cuppage Road. We appreciate your creative ideas and suggestions, your close monitoring of and good effort in coordinating the project. We are pleased with the overall outcome of the project, and happy to share that we have received compliments from visitors to our office.
