Introduction

Reflecting more than a century of agricultural heritage, ADM’s Asia-Pacific headquarters conveys the company’s enduring bond with nature and progress. MGroup translated these values into a refined design of understated warmth and material integrity.

Natural Origins

The reception sets the tone of this elegant office — bamboo shoot flooring meets marble walls, creating a tactile contrast of texture and light. Meticulously etched into the marble is ADM’s early logo, a subtle homage to its long history. Throughout the space, natural elements play an essential role in the design story: wood represents the earth, glass symbolises water, and marble provides the grounding presence of stone. Together, these materials evoke ADM’s agricultural roots in a contemporary composition.

Bright Layers

Within the office, natural light flows freely through glass partitions, brightening work zones and meeting areas alike. Wooden doors, pillars and subtle graphic treatments of ADM’s produce bring a tactile, organic warmth to the space. Workstations are arranged in clusters of three — an intentional move to promote collaboration and dialogue among teams. The result is a workspace that balances productivity with approachability.

We would like to extend our appreciation to Mr Alexis Yeong and his team for the work they have put into create a contemporary and functional office to suit our business culture. MGroup completed the project professionally within budget and on a very tight schedule. We were able to relocate the office smoothly on the targeted date with minimum disruption to our business.
