With views of the Swiss Alps right at your door step, it is hard not to love the place. Yet the owner did not fancy its previously more cottage-like interior, complete with pine wood walls, scalloped curtains, chunky balustrades and a mountainous-shaped, cobblestoned fireplace. We replaced this with sophisticated, modern fit outs, including a retractable cooker hob, glass rails, sleek lamps, crisp drapes, and a more compact white marbled wall fireplace. The new grey, white and black palette blends into the picturesque alpines framed within the large windows.

Given free rein to re-layout and furnish all 6,000 square feet of the space, we carefully selected lightings and material application with forms, texture or details that hint at the alps or nature. Like a waft of Bvlgari perfume, this new interior carries the dignity and elegance of the owner through and through.
