Introduction
Holcim’s office exemplifies the power of simplicity. By focusing on clarity, light and function, MGroup delivered a space that performs as well as it looks — practical, durable and unmistakably refined. The design captures the spirit of a company built on precision and performance, translating these values into an environment that prioritises usability over ornamentation.
Designed for Efficiency
Two wings of offices were strategically staggered to maximise natural light penetration throughout the interior. This configuration also creates a semi-open area that supports clusters of workstations, encouraging both collaboration and spatial efficiency. Each manager’s room was planned with flexibility in mind, enabling furniture layouts to be easily reconfigured according to individual working styles or team requirements. Double-layered acoustic glass ensures every room maintains visual connection while keeping sound transmission to a minimum — a thoughtful detail that enhances both comfort and concentration.
Refined Simplicity
The design adopts a restrained material palette of light neutral tones and maple wood accents, evoking a quiet professionalism. Ergonomic furniture and high-quality carpets were selected for comfort and longevity, underscoring the client’s belief in enduring quality over decorative flourish. Generous glazing draws in natural daylight, giving the office an open and airy feel that complements its clean architectural lines.
