Sometimes the furnishing for our design starts with an iconic furniture, a statement lamp, a new-found material or just an exciting color. As new condominiums are mostly equipped with regular layouts and state-of-the-art hardware, we can focus on improving details to suit the owner’s lifestyle and letting our design fill up this shell in a timeless manner.

The private lift lobby of this residence is transformed into a sophisticated foyer by adding a sizeable shoe cabinet and a Porta Romana wall lamp that takes center stage once visitors exit the lift. To highlight the satin blue of the lamp shade, we repeated it on the living room’s television wall. The adjacent kitchen is uplifted with segmented satin-mirror backsplash and masculine full-height storage conceal a maid’s room. Much effort put in to ensure the owner’s 10-year old son has a haven he is proud of too. Other areas see much rich, velvety darks and matte greys that continue the sense of sophistication from the moment one enters the unit.
