The office is transformed into a more hospitable environment to increase staff relations by attracting the company’s roving brokers who typically work and conduct meetings outside. Some 40 per cent of the space was converted into a
large collaboration zone for employees to work in, share information and increase productivity overall. The inviting space—open to natural light and filled with vertical greenery—has a café-like space and even a kitchen area for cooking. Such hospitality continues into the meeting room, designed to resemble a restaurant interior so that staff can have meals and catch up with one another.
