OCBC Bank’s securities and futures brokerage firm.
As investment becomes more popular with the youth, brokerages need to reflect this shift in demographic. This was our approach to designing the securities headquarters of OCBC, a client we have worked with since 2010. The ground floor of the bank’s tower was opened for the public to step in and experience trading and be educated in the know how. Designed on the belief that sharing is at the heart of trading today, the hall has areas where visitors can learn how to trade, stay updated with market conditions and even sign up for trading accounts with OCBC. They can also consult brokers or watch them going about their daily operations in a live trading area enclosed in glass. Finally, the space’s modern interior is given a touch of flair with a wave-like feature ceiling inspired by the fluctuations in the markets.
“We wish to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for the works you have undertaken for the Bank Group since 2010.
We appreciate your attention in coordinating and ensuring the designs & details of the projects are well coordinated. This is demonstrated by the cohesive teamwork amongst the various consultants, contractors and specialist vendors, including our internal business units.”
