An important requirement for this office was obtaining the Building and Construction Authority’s (BCA) Green Mark award – Gold plus certificate award. Working closely with a BCA officer, we used sustainable materials such as recycled wood, eco-friendly paint, energy-saving luxe lighting, and water-saving taps to create interiors that received the Green Mark’s Gold Plus rating. The green design also reflects the company’s vibrant nature. From the reception to the pantry, a wave-like ceiling lights up to usher in the company’s “creative oxygen”. This energy flows throughout the clean and modern office, including the low-panel desks that encourages employees to interact too.
